I saw the movie Free Trip to Egypt last week and it really had an impact. A group of us in our community organized a “You Talk…I’ll Listen” event which was held on June 10. 100% of the participants shared, in a post-event feedback survey, that they wanted to participate in another conversation. I signed the pledge because I want to walk the talk. There is so much rancor and hatred in our country, which can only lead to violence and further divisions. I want to be a part of the peaceful movement to turn that around.
